When I got
the chance to bring a Ladybug daughter home from my dear
friends Tony & Kim Puzio, I jumped at it and to top it
off she is sired by our senior buck Monte. Jenga placed very well
at Nationals as a Jr. kid. The next month she was Best Jr
Doe in Show at one of the fairs we attend. She freshened as
a yearling with triplets and a beautiful mammary but
struggled with getting condition back on after kidding so
we dried her off early. While she improved, she still lagged
behind others her age. As a 2 yr old we came to realize
she was dealing with a gastric ulcer and was put on meds to
treat the issue. We are happy to say she has responded
beautifully and we see improvement week by week. She is
finally catching up with the others her age. Unfortunately
she was not excused from LA as a yrl, as she was truly
showing the effects of the undiagnosed ulcer and her score
reflects that.
